Join us in celebrating the upcoming Spring Equinox at our Visioning event: Identity Mapping and Charting Your Future on March 16, 10:00 am-1:00 pm.

Let’s gain inspiration from Earth’s seasonal transformation. Participants will go from wandering to getting in touch with deep identity traits and inner tools. We will begin with a garden walk and guided meditation in the outdoor yoga studio, using somatic connections as a tool to get in touch with ourselves. After, we will stroll the springtime awakening lavender labyrinth. Then, after journaling in the oak woodlands, we will spread out at picnic tables and engage in developing a unique and functional work of self-expressive art. Using paper, printed images, watercolor wash, writing and sketches, you will get a chance to work on envisioning future milestones. At the end of the event, you will have a finished identity map, or have gained inspiration and direction for how to bring your dreams into reality.

This event is for ages 16 and above.

If possible, please bring pictures or clipped images that inspire you or magazines for cutting from. Light refreshments will be provided. Please bring a mug or water bottle and wear shoes for uneven terrain.
