- Adopt the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Saddle Mountain Open Space Preserve Management Plan Project;
- Adopt Mitigation Measures and a Mitigation Monitoring Plan for the Saddle Mountain Open Space Preserve Management Plan Project;
- Approve the Saddle Mountain Open Space Preserve Management Plan Project; Make Associated Findings; and Authorize the Filing of a Notice of Determination. (First District)
