Summer Delights: A dessert-making event in the garden

Summer fruits and flowers are in bloom and shining bright! Join Sonoma Ecology Center and Sonoma County Ag + Open Space for a special culinary workshop, where we’ll learn how to spotlight these seasonal culinary stars to the fullest, in handcrafted desserts!

Come savor the flavors of summer on a beautiful July day in the garden! We’ll be treated to a demonstration from a local baker, and will share fresh galette and sorbet at the end of the workshop. Participants are invited to bring a snack or light meal, to enjoy in a post-event picnic in the garden.

Please wear shoes for uneven terrain, a hat, sunscreen and bring a water bottle. If you have extra garden or orchard fruit to share, please bring it along!

This workshop is FREE to attend thanks to the voters of Sonoma County, who fund the work of Sonoma County Ag + Open Space through a quarter cent sales tax.
