Join LandPaths, in partnership with the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District, for a fun stewardship day and campout along Mark West Creek. We will be helping preserve this beautiful 120-acre property and have the opportunity to camp out overnight. Bring the whole family as we participate in the national celebration of the Great American Backyard Campout!
