Fall Hike to Pole Mountain

Enjoy an invigorating fall hike beginning at the stunning 500-acre Little Black Mountain Preserve and climbing the spectacular Pole Mountain; both properties owned by Sonoma Land Trust. At 2,204 feet, Pole Mountain is the highest peak along the Sonoma Coast, offering an unobstructed, 360-degree view of Sonoma County, from the coast to the cedars, and far beyond.
