Creeks and kids are a perfect combination.  Join a community of families for an outdoor adventure at Rancho Mark West, 124 beautiful acres protected by your Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District.  We will take a short hike and then spend the bulk of our time by the banks of Mark West Creek – exploring the habitat of this healthy and abundant ecosystem. (Geared Towards Little Explorers of all ages and their loved ones.)
