Recommended Actions:

• Adopt a Resolution Determining that the Saddle Mountain Open Space Preserve Management Plan Project Will Not Have A Significant Effect On The Environment;
• Adopt the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Saddle Mountain Open Space Preserve Management Plan Project;
• Adopt Mitigation Measures and a Mitigation Monitoring Plan for the Saddle Mountain Open Space Preserve Management Plan Project;
• Approve the Saddle Mountain Open Space Preserve Management Plan Project; Make Associated Findings; and Authorize the Filing of a Notice of Determination. (First District)
