iREAD kickoff Event at Bayer Farm

Please join the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District & LandPaths for an afternoon of FREE “literary delight” in the gardens at Bayer Farm. Jorge Argueta will read from one of his many children’s books such as Salsa and Guacamole. Local agencies will share resources and incentives for summer reading, free children’s book giveaways, garden fun, and information about LandPaths’ exciting new summer outings series for young children- “iRead Outside,” connecting a love for reading with a love of the land.

This event will be the first in a series of fun garden events to share the joy of books and the outdoors with younger readers.
