Come enliven your body and rejuvenate your spirit with a morning of yoga at the beautiful Carrington Coast Ranch, protected forever by your Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District. We’ll enjoy the views from the northern parcel of Carrington Ranch where yoga instructor and LandPaths Docent Michele Larkin will guide us through a series of yoga poses.
Level of Difficulty: Easy to moderate walk, suitable for all yoga experience levels.
