Come enliven your body and rejuvenate your spirit with a morning of yoga at the beautiful Carrington Coast Ranch, protected forever by Sonoma County Ag + Open Space. We’ll enjoy the views from the northern parcel of Carrington Ranch where yoga instructor and LandPaths Docent Michele Larkin will guide us through a series of yoga poses. This event involves a very short walk to our yoga location with some uneven terrain. All levels of Yoga experience welcome and BYOYM (bring your own yoga mat).
Level of difficulty: easy, all yoga levels welcome
