Join LandPaths and the Sonoma County Ag & Open Space District for a morning of poetry at Steamer Landing Park, protected forever through the District’s Matching Grant program. Poet Jackie Huss Hallerberg will conduct a Poetry Workshop exploring the themes of local landscapes, local watersheds, and nature. All levels of writers are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. The workshop will be geared toward older youth (12+) and adults. We anticipate that a broad range of ages will add depth and perspective to the day. We will spend time both in the David Yearsley River Heritage Center and on the land, seeking inspiration, writing, and sharing our work with others.
