From Highway 101, take the College Ave. exit in Santa Rosa and head east. Go up four blocks to Mendocino Ave. and take a left (north). Take the first left onto Carrillo St. and make an immediate right turn into the first parking lot. The District office is on the northwest corner of Mendocino Ave. and Carrillo St.
