This large ranch dominates views along the Cotati grade and is one of the District’s easements. Located along Highway 101, the rolling hills and open meadows used for livestock grazing are visible from Cotati, Petaluma and beyond. This ranch was the District’s first acquisition and serves as a dramatic agricultural buffer between Cotati and Petaluma.
