Rolling coastal hills and open grasslands provide a beautiful backdrop for travelers along the Petaluma Valley Ford scenic corridor. With its open meadows and rich, loamy soil, the land is among the most productive in the area. The ranch is currently used to raise heifers for local dairies. The ecologically rich Americano Creek traverses the ranch from east to west.
