This farm, just east of Highway 101 north of Santa Rosa is part of the community separator between Santa Rosa and Windsor. It is operated by Tierra Vegetables, a small-scale operation that has farmed in Sonoma County for over 25 years. Tierra Vegetables leases the property from the District as part of the District’s mission to encourage and support local agriculture in community separators. Folks can sign up for Tierra’s community-supported agriculture service to receive a fresh vegetables from the farm weekly!
