Towering Bennett Peak, the property’s notable and highly visible landmark, can be seen from Highways 101 and 12, the City of Santa Rosa, Annadel State Park and Bennett Valley Road. A portion of this property , over which the District holds an easement, is used for cattle grazing and a separate portion (170 acres) was added to Annadel State Park to expand opportunities for hiking and recreation in the area.
